BEFORE YOU ATTEND
At Church Of Hope our goal is to love God, love people, and love life. We want this to be a place where no matter your story or background you can truly feel at home.
ARRIVING EARLY
We recommend that you come 15 minutes before the service starts. This will give you time to visit the Welcome Tent – ask any questions you have, get a tour, and your free gift! This will also give you time to get any kids checked into our Hope Kids centers. Find your way to the worship center pick a seat and get ready for any awesome service!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Here at Hope we have a very casual and relaxed environment. We want you to come as you are! Jean shorts or a suit? It’s up to you!
DO YOU HAVE COFFEE?
Yes! We have FREE coffee every service as well as little treats provided by our Hope Cafe volunteers.
WHAT'S THE MUSIC LIKE?
We have a live band that helps usher us into a time of worship and praise. We use our lights during this time to help enhance and create an atmosphere of worship. Feel free to join in and sing along, silently follow along by reading the words on the screen, or just relax and enjoy the music.
DO MY KIDS SIT WITH ME?
YES OF COURSE!
We do feel it is important for our kids to learn in an age-appropriate environment where they can learn, play, and experience God at their level.
We have services for all of the following…
Infant – 5 years old : All Services
6 – 11 years old : All Services
6th grade – 8th grade : All Services
9th grade – 12th grade : Wednesday Nights Only
WILL I BE ASKED TO GIVE MONEY?
We do an offering each service where we pass the buckets through the rows. If you are a guest at Church Of Hope we only ask that you fill out a connect card in the seat back in front of you and place it in the bucket. If you are a member of Church Of Hope, the we believe giving to God and His church is part of being a Christ follower.
WILL I BE EMBARRASSED DURING SERVICE?
No way! We never point out guests, ask them to stand or single them out in any way. We would always love the opportunity to meet you at our Welcome Tent or in the Hospitality Room after service – we just want to thank you for coming!
WILL I BE BORED?
We want to engage you in our services. We use songs, videos, teaching and other creative elements to bring the word and help you connect with God in a meaningful way.
WHAT IF I HAVE MORE QUESTIONS WHEN I GET THERE?
The Welcome Tent is placed right outside the main entrance to our building. You will be greeted with smiling faces and excitement about what God is doing here. Any questions you have can be answered at the tent! We look forward to meeting you!
